We want YOU to join OUR team as part of the SW24/NYPD Community Safety Initiative, Safe SideWalks. As a member of this team, you’ll be contributing to your community’s safety by providing the NYPD with the resources it needs to serve you more effectively.
SW24 will take care of getting your exterior camera’s video signal streamed to the NYPD and the NYPD will protect the privacy of those video streams. No one without a legitimate law enforcement need to do so will have access to any of your exterior camera video data.
Once you decide to join the Safe Sidewalks team, SecureWatch24 will establish a secure video connection between your exterior cameras and the NYPD video center. Additionally, discreet signage will be placed in the area of the exterior cameras advising that you are a member of the Safe Sidewalks team and that law enforcement has access to the exterior camera video feeds. SecureWatch24 engineers will also be available to you for advice on how to improve your existing security systems.
